Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The room, with its balcony overlooking the lively Rambla, was a highlight, although some aspects left room for improvement. The service was exceptional, offering a range of amenities and assistance, and the location was outstanding, central to attractions and with noise protection from the street. The dining options were good, but a bit repetitive. Overall, a great value for money choice with some minor drawbacks.
This hotel offers a mix of positives like a convenient location in the heart of Barcelona with easy access to attractions and excellent service from the helpful staff. On the downside, the view from the rooms is not great, and the dining options may not impress everyone.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very comfortable and offered us a very quiet sleep, but we had a bit of a nightmare with a constant water leak soaking the carpet and even dripping into the wardrobe. The balcony overlooking La Rambla was a nice touch, though.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were modest in size, very clean, and comfortable, but had uncomfortable mattresses. The service was wonderful, friendly, and accommodating. The location was superb, right on La Rambla, making it convenient to explore the city. The dining experience had its bonuses with a good breakfast selection, but with a few lapses in quality. The facilities were generally good with a well-maintained 24-hour buffet overlooking Las Ramblas.
The hotel had spacious rooms with great bathrooms, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The service was friendly and efficient, offering various amenities. The location was ideal for our Wedding Anniversary Trip, making it central and easy to access major sites. The dining experience was outstanding with a variety of options. Overall, a great value for the money.
The hotel has a nice street view balcony and a comfy bed. The 24-hour buffet offers good and varied food, excellent coffee machines, and beer on tap. The room, although small, is perfectly adequate for one person. However, the small room and bathroom could be improved, especially with the addition of another grab rail near the shower area. The price of nearly £400 is a bit on the higher side.
The hotel is in a fantastic location, surrounded by transportation facilities, shopping centers, and restaurants. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer a nice view, though some areas need decoration. The staff is cooperative and makes you feel at home, offering lovely surprises like a birthday bottle of bubbly. The hotel provides all necessary amenities giving good value for money.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The opportunity to explore La Rambla and enjoy the Tourist Hop on Hop off bus was fantastic. However, dealing with a constantly leaking room that soaked the carpet and wardrobe was a nightmare, though the views were lovely. The hotel was beautiful and extremely clean.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, right in the heart of all the action, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The room with a balcony overlooking Las Ramblas was a dream, allowing me to soak up the vibrant atmosphere of the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The dining experience was delicious, offering a variety of Spanish delights. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were perfect and very clean with modern amenities, but they were very small, making it difficult to even open our suitcases. The service was helpful and professional, with a range of convenient offerings. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Barcelona, but the dining experience was of doubtful quality. Overall, a comfortable stay with some drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The room lacked some romantic touches but had a nice balcony for people-watching. The English TV channel was limited, and I missed having tea and coffee facilities in the room.
